Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 8350 platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all registered and unregistered users. The platform's services are intended for adults only (18 years of age or older). Minors are strictly prohibited from using 8350 under any circumstances. Providing a false date of birth during registration will be considered a serious breach of these Terms.
Important: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To create an account on 8350, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts may be suspended or closed at any time.
- Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
- Sharing or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Any suspected unauthorized access to your account must be reported to support immediately.
- The name and identity provided at registration may be subject to verification at a later stage.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if identity verification has not been completed.
Users must not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken under applicable law.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All transactions on 8350 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
- Deposits are only accepted from a registered mobile banking number or bank account in your name.
- Withdrawals will only be processed from verified accounts through the designated procedure.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 5–48 hours to process.
- Where applicable, the platform may set minimum deposit and withdrawal limits.
- 8350 reserves the right to suspend any transaction if unusual activity or fraud is suspected.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
8350 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Breach of Terms or fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Registering with false information.
- Evidence of account use by a minor.
- Suspected money laundering or illegal transactions.
Upon account closure, any balance will be settled in accordance with applicable rules. However, balances may be forfeited in cases where the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms.
Platform Usage Rules & Limitation of Liability
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8350 platform:
- Accessing the platform using automated bots or software.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Attempting to collect or hack other users' information.
- Posting illegal or harmful content in any section of the platform.
- Attempting to artificially manipulate gaming outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
8350 is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party service failures. Any financial losses from gaming activity are entirely at the user's own risk. 8350 makes no guarantees of winnings or specific outcomes.
Separate terms and conditions apply to any offer or promotion displayed on the platform. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the specific offer will take precedence over these Terms.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and brand elements on the 8350 platform are protected under 8350's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use this content beyond personal use. Reproducing any part of the platform without authorization is prohibited by law.
